The forms ask for contact and educational information relevant to your enquiry: your name, phone number, email address, chosen program, qualification and message, depending on the form used.
Please do not include medical records, financial account details, passwords or identity-document numbers in these website forms.
How the current form works
Apply Online: submitting the form sends its fields to the website server for validation and prepares an email link. The current application code does not save those fields in a database or send an email automatically. You must review and send the message in your email application.
Email and external services
If you choose to send an email, the details included in that message are shared with your email provider and the institute's email service. Contact details and program preferences help the admissions team respond to your enquiry.
External services, including WhatsApp and email applications, have their own privacy terms. Review them before sharing personal information.
Cookies and technical information
